hey, in you previous post, i noticed you mentioned rewriting the USB driver... coming way back from the Clie S360 and the UX50 I remember someone put out a modified version of its USB driver so we didnt have to install software on every PC, it just showed up as mass storage, I have yet to see that on any PPC where you can just plug it into any PC and go... is it even possible? or was the CLIE/PALM platform just more winblows friendly then its own mobile version?

we have that, what he's working on, and every one's anxiously awaiting is having simultaneous mass storage, active sync, and ICS.  personally I only care for the first and last..

That just means you didn't put your phone in mass storage mode.

Is it possible, instead of increasing the time the keyboard light stays on, to tie the keyboard light into the sensor when you brush your finger across the circle (directional pad?)?  

I have been having problems with GPS related programs after installing.  The device resets right after a GPS lock with both TomTom and Google Maps.  I wanted to uninstall to see if the problem is backlight, but it errors and says it was not completely removed.  How can I remove and restore the original version?
